Emergency Response Training

EPA and other federal agencies offer classroom and field training to help emergency response professionals meet their federal training requirements. These programs are listed below.

ERTP	US EPA Emergency Response Training Program
PREP	US Coast Guard Preparedness for Response Exercise Program
NIESH	Hazardous Waste Removal, Containment, and Emergency Response Training and Education, sponsored by National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.
NIOSH	Hazardous Substance Training Program, sponsored by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
