Oil Program Information Line202.260.2342 or via e-mail EPA maintains an oil program information line to answer questions and provide information to the public and owners and operators of regulated facilities on the following topics:
EPA handles calls through a voicemail system that is downloaded daily by contractor personnel. You may also submit inquiries via e-mail. Inquiries are anwered within several busines days. Oil program materials as wells as copies of various rulemakings are made available to callers upon request; they can also be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format. Questions involving government policy are forwarded to EPA personnel who make determinations and respond as quickly as possible. |
